my songs are stories that tell about what i’ve seen wandering around the world and inside my head. i write about learning lessons, falling in love, laughing at life, a little heartache, and being strong.

when i sing my songs i see the movies of them playing in my head. which, occasionally causes me to lose my place and start laughing. but if you're not a fan of "oops-es," buy the CD and just come to the live shows for the beer.

i’ve written poetry since i was a kid. i wrote my first song, driving in the middle of the night. i had to sing the “poem” so i could remember it until i got home. i realized i’d written my first song and i was hooked.
